If you would like to add your Dance Group, Musical Group or School, please fill out the Sign-Up form below.

1. One time setup fee of $5.00.

2. There is a $5.00 per address (due on the first of each month) monthly fee to maintain you information on this website.

3. If you would like to add your logo there is an additional $3.00 one time fee.

4. Please send your logo to migueldancing@sbcglobal.net.
