1. One time setup fee of $5.00.

2. There is a $5.00 (due on the first of each month) monthly fee to maintain you information on this website.

3. If you would like to add your logo there is an additional $3.00 one time fee.

4. Please send your logo to migueldancing@sbcglobal.net.
